thrown in.

Job Description:
• Experience/proficiency working on all phases of an interior design project from programming, conceptual design, design development, production, project management, and finally installation and follow up
• Experience working on construction sets
• Ability to work on interior details
• Prepare tile and stone layouts
• Prepare furniture drawing sets that include furniture plans, lighting plans
• Source furnishings + artwork
• Design custom furnishings and mill-work – ability to detail
• Source finishes – maintain schedules
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Work in teams
• Work with vendors and contractors
• Work on and create client presentations
• Work with vendors and contractors, maintain relationships
• Produce, and maintain spreadsheets, budgets, quotes
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• At least 4-7 years of experience working at an interior design
• or architecture firm (not including internships)
• Fluency in in AutoCAD, Adobe CS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SketchUp a plus
• Proficiency in Studio Designer desirable
• Project management skills
• Highly Organized with attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and willingness to work on multiple projects and ability to pivot
• Self-Motivated
• Great Attitude
• Professional
• Valid current driver’s license and access to a car to visit job-sites and vendor showrooms

Pay: $69,607.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week

• San Francisco, CA 94115: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• working in an interior design or architecture firm: 4 years (Required)
