What You’ll Do: Design Conceptualization: Develop and present design concepts that align with client visions and project requirements. • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution. • Creative Solutions: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces using a blend of style and practicality. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional interior design experience with a strong portfolio. • Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite), a keen eye for detail, programming and space planning, materials research and selection, FF&E services, and the production of contract documents • Creativity: Innovative thinking and a passion for design that transcends trends. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members. • Organizational Abilities: Strong time management and project coordination skills. • Professional Degree: A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited school is a minimum requirement.
