Interior Designer

Studio 882® Furniture + Design Studio 882 Furniture + Design is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our fast-paced residential interior design team. We are a leading high-end 15,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom in Glen Mills, PA that provides interior design services. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for interior design and a focus on customer satisfaction with an approach that gains client trust and confidence. A successful Senior Interior Designer will work both independently and collaboratively with the Studio 882 design, logistics and management teams to support client design projects and other high-value product, marketing and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously, and have exceptional written and oral communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own all phases of the client experience from design consultations through delivery • Provide a consultative approach to understand client design needs • Prepare and conduct client presentations • Accurately report pipeline and forecasts in company CRM • Maintain a strong interest and knowledge in the luxury and design industry • Ability to organize and manage customer expectations and deliverables QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors Degree in a design-related field • 1-5+ years of interior design or relevant experience preferred • Proficiency in room planning software preferred • Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and/or luxury retailer preferred • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and must be detail oriented • Clear and effective written and oral communications skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability and willingness to work one weekend day per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: • Glen Mills, PA 19342: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): • Are you able to work at least one weekend day per week? • This is not a remote or hybrid position.
