Candidates should be licensed in Tennessee or NCIDQ certified. The successful candidate will possess strong technical / design documentation skills, excellent communication skills, with capabilities in all phases of interior design project delivery. Qualifications and Skills: ● B.S. Interior Architecture degree from an accredited professional degree program, and NCIDQ certification. ● Proven capability in all phases of the interior architectural documentation and construction process, from schematic design through contract administration. ● Coordination of interdisciplinary design documentation including architectural, interior design, MEP and landscape architectural staffs. ● 3-5+ years of progressive responsibility in a professional interior design practice. ● Proficiency with BIM platforms (Archicad and/or Revit).
