The Remodeling Hub is located at 2464 Coney Island Ave., Brooklyn, New York. Scope of Work... These spaces should be versatile, accommodating various events and seminars. The flexible conference room should support at least 30 participants for lecture seminars and 8 seats for conference meetings, featuring audio-visual systems for different types of gatherings. Basement Level: Create a materials library and a quality control laboratory.
