Position: Full-Time Interior Designer About Us: At SCHOENER, we believe in surpassing our clients' expectations and making the design process enjoyable and FUN. Our team of designers understands the diverse lifestyles and environments of our clients, creating beautiful and functional homes tailored to their needs. From the perfect host gift to complete home transformations, we provide luxury design services with a personal touch. Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage guests in our showroom, providing exceptional customer service. • Educate clients on the quality, value, and style of our products. • Identify and seize selling opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to clients during in-store and house call appointments. • Stay informed about current design trends and product knowledge. • Meet personal sales goals while maintaining the appearance of the showroom. Requirements: • 2+ years of interior design and retail sales experience. • Understanding of basic design concepts, space planning, and color theory. • Proven track record in design and sales. • Strong customer service skills with a professional presence. • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and polished demeanor. • Available to work showroom hours from 9:30 am to 6 pm, including Saturdays. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
