Cypress Design Co is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our business, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage incoming shipments and coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and vendor information.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, interior design) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative or logistical roles, preferably in the design industry.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
