Interior Design Specialist

At Rice Fergus Miller, we offer a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the field of interior design. As an Interior Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and contribute to multiple phases of the design process. We are committed to creating thoughtful, innovative designs for civic, healthcare, hospitality, and housing sectors. Our goal is to enhance the well-being of individuals and communities by combining functionality with aesthetic appeal. In this role, you will assist in preparing and modifying design documents, support the development of design concepts, and prepare presentation boards and other design graphics. You will also participate in material and product research and work on live projects assisting with design development and implementation in healthcare, hospitality, and housing sectors. To succeed in this position, you should be currently enrolled in a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program, entering your senior year or graduate school. You should have basic knowledge of interior design principles and integrated design, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
