Job Title: Sales Designer Supervisor: San Francisco Showroom Manager Location:701 8th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 Requirement IT: AUTOCAD, Photoshop, 20/20 knowledge is a plus Experience in the Furniture and high end luxury retail Industry Schedule: 5 days a week (Weekend Required) Showroom Hours: Monday - Saturday (10:00am to 6:00pm) and Sunday (12:00pm - 5:00pm) Job Description Sales • To welcome and greet customers • To learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients • To know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing..) • To use our 3D software company tools when for projects; • To follow up with leads in a professional manner; • To be on house calls when required. • Meeting personal monthly sales goal Factory Purchases Follow Up • To place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up • To provide updates to clients when needed Customer's Service • To coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers • To be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests Merchandising • To update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion • Marketing store tools when needed • To assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager; • To report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution Required Skills • Customer service oriented, organized with great communication skills • Motivation to work in a sales environment • Strong Interest in the furniture business • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Interior Designer certification a plus Benefits • Base minimum salary plus commissions • paid time off • health/dental/vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Furniture sales: 1 year (Required) • Commission Based Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
