Interior Design Specialist - Bath and Kitchen

Job Description Role Summary We are seeking an Interior Design Specialist to join our team in the Bath and Kitchen department. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store priorities, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities • Support Customers First by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing their project needs, providing showroom tours, setting them up for measures, and meeting with them to go over room designs and make purchasing recommendations. • Assist with In Stock initiatives by maintaining accurate stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary to ensure a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, you will play a crucial role in driving sales to support department and store goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for interior design.
