Interior Design Specialist

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Interior Design Specialist. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting three key priorities: Customer Satisfaction, Inventory Management, and Store Aesthetics. This will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing product samples and brochures, and maintaining visually appealing displays. By achieving these goals, you will play a vital role in driving sales and contributing to department and store objectives. Key Responsibilities • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assess their project needs, provide showroom tours, and facilitate measure-ups and design consultations. • Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels of samples and brochures, and replenish them as necessary to maintain an attractive and well-stocked environment. • Store Aesthetics: Ensure special order displays and showrooms are visually appealing and safe for customers.
