Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing support to the Supervisor of Interior Design and departmental staff in all aspects of interior design, construction document development, and implementation of Lee Health Interior Design standards.
• Overseeing the maintenance of master interior design specifications and updates of Interior Design standards implementation.
• Meeting with vendors as required to support and coordinate with the Supervisor of Interior Design, Architectural Interior Design consultants, and/or departmental staff.
• Maintaining electronic filing systems for current and completed interior design and/or construction documents performed by Architectural Interior Design consultants and/or departmental staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, NCIDQ licensure, and at least 3 years of experience working with a licensed Interior Designer or Architect. A State of Florida Registered Interior Designer license is also required for Associate's degree candidates.
