Sales Consultant - Interior Design We're looking for a skilled individual to provide expert interior design and product selection advice, enhancing customer experience and driving sales. The successful candidate will leverage our showroom as a key sales tool to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and close deals. They will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless follow-up and sales completion. Main Responsibilities: • Delivering top-notch interior design advice and product expertise, facilitating seamless tile and stone selection processes. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on Custom Builders and Residential Designers, and making targeted sales calls to expand our reach. • Maintaining and curating our showroom's visual display, ensuring timely ordering, receipt, and maintenance of products. • Organizing and hosting engaging showroom tours and events to foster industry connections and elevate brand visibility. Key Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, combining academic knowledge with practical skills. • Possessing essential competencies like Sales, Customer Service, Design, and Communication skills, with additional strengths in Auto-CAD, color coordination, and interior design trends. • Thriving in fast-paced environments, innovatively tackling complex challenges, and leveraging creative skills to present solutions to clients. • Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
