Interior Design Sales Consultant

Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will combine your design expertise and sales skills to guide clients in selecting furniture and décor that reflects their personal style, fits their space, and meets their functional needs. You’ll work closely with customers from consultation through delivery, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience. Duties • Engage with clients in-store and/or virtually to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. • Provide personalized design solutions using mood boards, space planning, and product recommendations. • Drive sales by maintaining expert-level knowledge of furniture, materials, fabrics, and design trends. • Utilize design tools or software to create floor plans and visual presentations. • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. • Collaborate with other team members, including designers and operations staff, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Maintain showroom appearance and update displays according to merchandising standards.
