Interior Design Sales Consultant

Seeking an experienced sales person for our large designer showroom which specializes in the sales of countertops, cabinets, and flooring. We are a family owned company looking for a hardworking and driven sales representative. Duties include: contract initiation, client and project management, and knowledge of basic designs and measurements. Must be self motivated, a team player, have basic... measurement skills, and have excellent customer service skills. Hours: 40.0 hours weekly. Must be available to work on Saturdays, as that is our busiest day. Compensation: $17.00 hourly paid out biweekly, with commission of 3% on all sales under $100,000 and 4% commission on all sales closing out over $100,000 during the month. Commission is paid out monthly on the 10th. 50% benefit coverage for health and dental after 60 days. Commissions generally range from $20,000-$50,000/year.
