Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale. 2. Effective communication skills to establish a trusting work relationship with clients & co-workers and enhance the shopping experience. 3. Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of the business and be motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed. 4 An eye, passion and flair for color and interior design with 2 years successful sales experience and stable employment history in Furniture, Clothing, Jewelry or similar industries are required. A degree in design is helpful but not required. Our top sales consultants average income, commission based, has been over $70K per year for the last 6 years.
