Interior Design Project Manager

Project Manager at Celedore, an Interior Design Studio located in South Charlotte. We specialize in wallpaper, fabric, and Farrow & Ball paint. As our Project Manager you will work closely with the Design and Sales teams to assure the seamless flow of projects and see them through to completion. Specifically, your tasks will be but are not limited to... Facilitate workroom quotes. Calculate wallpaper quantity needed and prepare invoices. Become familiar with the Farrow & Ball paint palette to assist customers and complete paint orders. Coordinate install and/or measurement site visits. Manage two email inboxes with the goal to promptly respond to customer requests. Order and organize samples. Maintain customer contact via phone to keep pace of project moving along. Follow up with customers after they receive their samples to begin the quote process. Provide daily feedback to the Design and Sales teams on the project status and needs. Prior knowledge and experience with wallpaper and fabric brands a plus, but not required. Ability to learn and understand the suppliers and showrooms we work with will be necessary. Maintain and update our in-store database as this changes often. Monday - Friday 9-4 $20 per hour No benefits or vacation pay but we do offer a monthly bonus when sales goals are achieved. You are organized and enjoy working with people and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a team environment with a flexible staff. We would be willing to discuss the option of 2 half days if this is preferable to you
