Interior Design Project Coordinator

• Coordinate interior design projects from start to finish.
• Manage project workflow, procurement, order tracking, deliverables, and scheduling through a project management system.

• Prepare and distribute customer communications and emails as needed.
• Alert team members of outstanding project tasks.
">
• Set up new projects based upon signed scope of work documents.
• Manage project related paperwork by ensuring all necessary documentation is current and properly filed.
• Communicate with clients to outline project requirements and objectives.

• Track and update orders as necessary. Report any delays or backorders on a weekly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset; client focused.
• Home decor and accessories product knowledge.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work variable days/hours as needed.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
