We are looking for anOffice Project Coordinatorto join our dynamic team. Applicants must be extremely organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is articulate in both verbal and written communication and possesses style and professionalism in keeping with that of our firm. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-starters, and understand various facets of the construction/interior design industry. This position offers valuable exposure to the many facets of the interior design business and interaction with clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience
At least one or more years of project management experience in the design industry
Knowledge of residential interior design processes is ideal
Proficiency in Google Suite, problem-solving skills, and WordPress is a plus
Strong organizational multitasking
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a group setting
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, oral, and written to easily resolve production issues with vendors and to correspond with clients
Pay very close attention to all detail
Take initiative, problem-solve, collaborate & communicate effectively with the team
Prioritize tasks and coordinate day-to-day task completion
Good phone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Track client order statuses from purchase to delivery
Assist the design team in organizing and managing project logistics
Schedule and coordinate client installations
Produce and send estimates, invoices, and purchase orders when needed
Manage daily office tasks including emails, mail, deliveries, and phone communications
Maintain accurate records in budgeting spreadsheets
Assist principal with scheduling and calendar management
Oversee office supplies and general organization
Track orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth procurement and installation
Assist with running errands and off-site tasks as needed
Work with our PR firm
Communicate between all team members including clients and vendors
Create, oversee, and manage project schedules
Follow-up with suppliers and subcontractors
Organize emails and records
Assist with installs and photoshoots
Generate proposals and purchase orders
Details:
Work Location: on-site ONLY
Pay: starting at $20.00, based on experience
Driver's License (Required)
This is a full-time position (M-F)
