Interior Design Procurement

ICO Design Group is a boutique design firm located in the heart of the hip Garnerville Arts Center. We have also just opened a new office in NYC. This position can be done from either location. We specialize in commercial design, retail, and multi-family. We are looking to find the perfect candidate that will succeed in this fast paced, creative and highly stimulating environment. Our firm is... seeking a Procurement Coordinator to be a vital part of our workflow. In this position, you will play an intricate role in developing vendor relations, researching and sourcing the finest materials for projects on budget and in designated time frames. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail oriented, a self-starter with strong communication skills, and a skilled negotiator. For the successful candidate there is room to grow into a procurement manager and more with salary commensurate with ability and success. We are looking for someone to make ICO their home and have long term success with us. Responsibilities • Source project materials and furniture • Correspond with vendors to compile custom quotes for finishes/furniture • Develop and maintain strong vendor communication for product based materials/contract based services • Create, order and track client purchases • Meet deadlines and budgets • Collaborate with internal teams on projects Requirements • Previous experience in FF&E/Procurement • Knowledge of SketchUp a plus (not required) • Proficient in Excel • Detail oriented with strong teamwork skills • Great design taste Company DescriptionICO Design Group is a boutique design firm located in the heart of the hip Garnerville Arts Center as well as a recent expansion into NYC.
