Interior Design Manager

The team at Noah Properties is seeking a full-time Interior Design Project Manager to support and lead new construction developments in the Chicagoland area.Job Description We are looking for someone with upbeat energy who is highly organized, self-motivated, and has a strong eye for design. The role responsibilities will include interior design planning, project management, design rendering, home staging, showroom management, material sourcing and more. If you have a background in interior design and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities Create conceptual plan drawings and presentations of designs Document product selection and project details using appropriate forms Prepare and execute full field documentation of space planning Stage model units with furniture and accessory placement Organize and maintain design showroom Conduct research on design trends, materials, and products to assist in the design process Assist with purchasing and procurement of products and materials Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlinesQualifications The skills and traits important for this position are: 4+ years of relevant work experience High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Offer creative and innovative ideas to projects Thrive in a face paced environment Successfully manage multiple projects at the same time Reliable transportation Experienced in Adobe Suite, Google Sketch Up, Revit, AutoCad or similar design programs Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalentAbout Noah Properties Noah Properties is an award-winning real estate development and design firm, located just outside of Chicago, Illinois.Noah Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
