With a reputation for excellence in architecture, construction, and project delivery, we’re looking to add a sharp, motivated Interior Design Manager to support our growing portfolio of luxury projects. We’re seeking a Interior Design Manager to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of design-forward spaces. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Project Development • Meet with potential and contracted clients, both in-person and via Zoom • Coordinate and follow up on meetings, open houses, and showroom visits • Research and qualify potential new business • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for high-end residential projects • Guide clients through material selections and finish coordination Design & Documentation • Lead all phases of interior design including finish selection, millwork design, and space planning • Create detailed interior design (ID) drawing sets • Develop finish schedules, fixture/appliance lists, and hardware specifications • Select pool finishes and exterior lighting in coordination with architecture Project Execution & Oversight • Bid out design selections and evaluate proposals • Review and approve contracts, shop drawings, and submittals • Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to ensure timely production and installation • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee quality control during installs Team & Admin • Manage junior design support staff • Track and submit billable hours at milestone stages • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing Marketing & Digital Presence • Contribute to Instagram content and website updates to showcase design work ️ Requirements • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication and writing skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • A true team player who can lead projects independently • Familiarity with materials, finishes, and high-end product lines ✅ Additional Info • Full-time, salaried position based in Miami, FL • Drug-Free Workplace • Growth opportunities in a collaborative and design-forward environment
