We are an LA-based Interior Design firm specializing in high-end residential
and commercial design **Please note : Applicant must have AutoCAD skills **
The candidate will assist the Principal Designer and Senior Designer in the
entire design process from concept to completion and come from a design school
background or have had experience working with another designer or architect.
We would like someone who is hardworking with strong interpersonal skills.

*Compensation based on experience *Must have a drivers license, car, and
preferably passport for travel Responsibilities of the position include, but
are not limited to : -Support the Principal Designer and team by overseeing
residential and/or commercial projects from initial planning to competition
-Assist Designers in creating budgets, receiving quotes, inputting information
into the design program Studio Designer -Prepare floor plans and elevations in
AutoCAD to communicate design vision -Source fabrics, fixtures, materials,
finishes, etc. per Designer’s vision -Represent the firm when working with
clients, architects, contractors, vendors, etc. -Keep an organized schedule to
ensure all items in production or on order are on schedule -Manage consistent
communication with vendors and team members and keep task lists -Oversee
project timelines, tracking of orders, visit vendors to inspect the production
of custom furniture, schedule shipments, approve CFA’s and coordinate final
installation -Clear communication with designers and Principal -Prepare and
put together Powerpoint presentations, update as needed through the design
process Requirements : -Time management, organization and problem-solving
skills -Ability to read and understand construction documents and furniture
shop drawings -Ability to produce detailed floor plans, elevations, details,
etc. -Able to create schedules (lighting, furniture, hardware, etc.), and
project budgets -Strong knowledge of showrooms, furniture, finishes, fabrics,
etc., and experience in shopping/sourcing furniture -Works well under
deadlines and juggle multiple projects / multitask -Strong follow-through to
see all given tasks to completion -Works professionally with Clients, Vendors,
and Colleagues Skills & Qualifications: -Proficient in AutoCAD (1+ years) with
strong drafting skills -Experience in rendering is a plus -Experience with
Software (Adobe Suite, Powerpoint, Word, Excel) -Studio Designer (We are
willing to train the right person how to use this program) -Bilingual (English
and Spanish) - not required but a plus -Eye for detail and design -Strong and
clear written and verbal communication skills -Experience working in a fast
paced environment -At least 1 years of experience in high-end residential
