Interior Design Instructor Position The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in interior design, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in various learning environments. • Develop and teach concepts and strategies for interior design courses. • Participate in department meetings and contribute to academic planning and decision-making. • Develop, monitor, and revise curriculum to maintain course effectiveness and relevance. • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. • Cultivate relationships with industry partners to facilitate student opportunities and program growth. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. • Associate's degree in Interior Design and a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Associate's degree in Interior Design and seven years of experience and training, along with one year of Supervision/Management in Interior Design.
