Hybrid Working Style: 3 days in office/2 days remotely - Ability to travel to job sites/support the team

The Model Home Design Director oversees designated Project Teams in the Model Home Department to ensure optimal success by serving as the catalyst for producing Model Home projects that promote outstanding and high-quality design within the industry.
As a Design Director, they are the Account Manager and responsible for specific Client Accounts to ensure consistency in communication and deliverables to optimize the overall client experience.
They will be responsible for oversight and management of the Project Leads; and will be responsible for collaborating with Design Directors and Senior Director of Design Studio Management for project and team resource allocation.

Qualifications
Interior Design Degree
8-10+ years in Design Industry, Model Home experience preferred
Design and technical capabilities to develop and support creative solutions for the industry
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills
Ability to inspire employees to live up to their potential and optimize their productivity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, an work in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross-functional teams towards a common goal
Required travel as necessary
