• *Job Description:**
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Los Angeles, San Diego, or Rancho Cucamonga office. This role offers a stimulating environment where you will contribute your expertise in designing educational, sports, healthcare, or large-scale corporate facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all project phases from inception to completion, contributing to the design and documentation of interior spaces.
• Generate innovative design concepts and shepherd them through each stage of development.
• Take charge of interior finish material selections, specifications, and the production of finish material boards.
• Apply expertise in space planning, building codes, and mechanical systems.
• Produce comprehensive construction documentation, oversee construction administration, and review submittals.
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA-accredited institution.
• Proven proficiency in the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) process.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients.
• Proficiency in software such as Revit with Enscape or Sketchup with Lumion, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, and Office 365.
