Interior Design Coordinator

We are seeking a project coordinator for our Design Firm. The candidate MUST HAVE minimum of 3 years of experience in “Design Manager” software. The successful candidate will be responsible to effectively communicate with clients, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key responsibilities include: - Client Communications: Maintain regular contact with clients to address their needs and concerns. - Process Proposals: Develop and present design proposals tailored to client specifications. - Prepare Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders for materials and services. - Process Claims: Handle claims efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. - Expedite Purchase Orders: Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery. - Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors. - Scheduling Deliveries and Installations: Coordinate and schedule all necessary deliveries and installations.
