Interior Design Coordinator

Salary $70,000 per year Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and inquisitive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and detailed environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include running, receiving, and organizing materials, scheduling installations, and upkeeping facilities. Role Progression Initially, you will be responsible for managing orders and workroom schedules, engaging in receiving materials, and assisting ownership and project management with job site measurements. After 6 months, you will transition to additional responsibilities, including independently handling measurements, estimates, and job site visits, juggling priorities and deadlines effectively, coordinating with workrooms and subcontractors, and managing presale processes. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in an administrative support and/or project management role, with strong judgment and decision-making skills. You should also be able to lift 30-50lbs and have a flexible approach to pitching in on care for the office environment.
