Design & Renovations Coordinator Job Description Daly Seven is family owned and operated. We build, own, and manage full and select-service hotels within the Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, and Hyatt brands... The Design & Renovations Coordinator is employed by Daly Seven corporate and will assist in with tasks related to design, hotel renovations and maintenance for Daly Seven properties across our portfolio in NC, SC and VA. Required Tasks Include but are Not Limited to: • Support department leadership (Senior Designer, Project Manager, Director, VP) • Prepare construction and renovation submittals and orders • Apply for renovation waivers with brand when possible • Attend renovation project meetings as necessary • Participate actively and thoughtfully in monthly Design meetings • Attend renovation walk-through visits and property QA visits with brand representatives • Conduct property inspections, inventory storage rooms and report findings • Assist with renovation punch lists • Support the properties with minor repairs such as carpet dying, drape pinning and furniture touch ups • Review property monthly checklists and add relevant items to renovation scopes with approval from leadership • Develop color and material presentations, both physical and digital (example: before and after slides, content for Board, Committee & other Leadership Team meetings) • Collaborate with Project Manager and Warehouse Manager on scheduling deliveries • Field verify conditions and quantities of replacement items needed, take and document onsite measurements • Track orders and inventory in storage • Communicate with vendors to determine pricing and negotiate discounts • Maintain physical and digital files in the office and on Google Drive for each project, including invoices, plans, approval forms, etc. • Assist with projects that bridge Design and Maintenance including but not limited to pressure washing, painting, and FF&E/Equipment item replacements • Handle special requests from brands/partners/leadership team Qualifications: • Valid driver's license, clear MVR, clear background check • Must be able to travel on a daily and/or weekly basis, occasionally overnight Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
