Interior Design Consultant

Job Description As a Design Coordinator at UnionMain Homes, you will play a crucial role in supporting prospective buyers in their home-buying journey. You will be responsible for providing design center support, determining buyers' housing needs and interests, and demonstrating model homes and structural upgrades. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, and a sense of urgency. They will be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our home features and options to prospective buyers. Responsibilities: • Provide design center support to prospective buyers • Determine buyers' housing needs and interests • Demonstrate model homes and structural upgrades • Assist clients with making selections to customize their homes • Enter customer information/selections into Brix systems Requirements: • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Prior design related experience with a home builder a plus • Brix experience a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
