Our Sales Team Members Must: • Be Passionate about Interior Design • Execute our in-home design process per company guidelines. • Be tech-savvy. • Enjoy interacting with clients, seasoned at developing long lasting relationships with our clientele. • Must be skilled in selling experience with an ability to close a sale. • Develop and utilize sales skills and principles including approach, rapport building, customized portfolio presentations, answering objections, closing, follow-up, after sale service and continuing contact with all previous and potential customers. • Be comfortable navigating a fast-paced showroom. • Able to manage time and priorities. • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a team in a collaborative manner. • Ability to meet goals, motivated to achieve more. • Must be able to work weekends.
