Interior Design Consultant for Kitchen and Bath Projects

Job Opportunity As an Interior Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' kitchen and bath project needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in welcoming them to the store, assessing their project requirements, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, reviewing room designs with customers, and making purchasing recommendations. To excel in this position, you must be able to effectively communicate design ideas and provide expert advice on product selection and usage. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly. • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' kitchen and bath projects to determine their needs and preferences. • Offer expert advice on product selection and usage, including design ideas and installation procedures. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including design consultations and sales recommendations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
