We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Furniture Retail Sales & Design role. Responsibilities · Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone · Assist clients with furniture sales, layout, and design solutions · Handle currency transactions accurately · Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism · Support visual merchandising to maintain an appealing showroom · Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals · Safely lift, push, and move furniture (50–200 lbs) with the aid of moving equipment Requirements · Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel & Outlook required) · Strong computer literacy and communication skills · Experience in customer service and retail sales · Call handling skills with a professional phone presence · Knowledge of visual merchandising best practices · Ability to perform physical aspects of the job (with moving equipment support) Benefits · Health insurance (MVP HRA) available after 30 days, if required · Profit Sharing and/or ESOP after initial vesting · Yearly bonus based on company performance and individual contribution · Vacation and personal time · 10 paid holidays Why Join Davies Office?
