Position Overview
Thrilled Home Builders is seeking a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to guide homebuyers through a seamless and personalized journey while managing direct sales inquiries. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, realtors, and the Thrilled Home Builders team, ensuring clear communication, smooth selections, and an elevated homebuying experience.
Additionally, this role will support Thrilled’s transition to in-house pre-sales management by engaging and nurturing direct leads, while still coordinating with realtors for completed and nearly completed home sales. The Client Experience & Sales Coordinator will also oversee client selections, helping buyers personalize their homes with curated design options.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Homebuying Guidance
• Serve as the first point of contact for direct leads, providing information on available homes, the pre-buy process, and community offerings.
• Educate clients on the benefits of purchasing a home during or before construction, allowing for extensive personalization.
• Walk buyers through pricing, home options, and key milestones, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and guide buyers toward confident purchasing decisions.
Sales Coordination & Closing Support
• Manage the sales process for pre-sold homes and direct inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from interest to contract completion.
• Assist in contract preparation and documentation for direct and pre-buy clients.
• Coordinate with external realtors for completed home sales, ensuring a smooth transition for buyers.
Selections & Personalization
• Assist clients in personalizing their home by guiding them through curated design options. Guide the selection of timeless and elegant interior finishes, such as flooring, wall tiles, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, hardware, and paint colors, working with our trusted supplier community.
· Collaborate with clients and the design team to enhance interior spaces and exterior palettes based on Thrilled Home Builders' floor plans.
· Develop and present visually engaging selection boards that make the design process enjoyable and easy for homebuyers.
• Ensure selections are accurately documented and implemented using software and other internal tools.
• Maintain organized records of client selections and preferences to ensure a seamless transition from design to construction.
Realtor & Client Liaison
• Act as the bridge between realtors, clients, and the Thrilled Home Builders team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Provide regular updates to clients on home progress, selections, and key milestones.
• Schedule and coordinate home previews, selection meetings, homeowner walkthroughs, and client touchpoints.
Marketing Coordination & Content Updates
• Work with the external marketing agency to ensure accurate and timely listings, announcements, and community highlights.
• Capture on-site content (photos, videos, stories) to share with the agency for branding execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and digital presence with the Thrilled Home Builders brand.
• Monitor engagement and analytics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales, client relations, real estate.
• Priority given to applicants with home design experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple buyers and priorities while ensuring a luxury-level experience.
• Comfortable overseeing lead tracking, client follow-ups, and selections management.
• Knowledge of homebuilding, interior finishes, or construction processes is a plus.

Pay: $18.47 - $30.00 per hour
