Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Assistant at Prevalent Projects located in Mill Valley, CA. You will work directly with the company founders on various interior design projects. This includes building design presentations, placing and tracking orders with vendors, and communicating with contractors. You will also be responsible for supporting the design team in executing design projects, including space planning, material sourcing, and client communication. The assistant will also help with organizing project documentation, keeping materials library updated, and managing schedules. Qualifications • Minimum 1 year experience in interior design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency in Microsoft office, ability to generate spreadsheets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred) • Fine attention to detail • Highly organized and motivated
