Interior Design Assistant

As an Interior Design Assistant, you will work closely with our team of designers to support the design process and provide exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for someone with a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Assist designers in creating and presenting design concepts to clients. Collaborate with designers to source and select materials, furniture, and accessories for projects. Take accurate measurements and create floor plans for design projects. Maintain and organize design materials, samples, and product catalogs. Communicate with clients to provide updates and answer any questions. Assist in creating and managing design budgets and timelines. Prepare and present design presentations to clients. Research and stay up-to-date on current design trends and products. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Assist in coordinating and scheduling installations and deliveries. Attend client meetings and take detailed notes. Help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the showroom. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the design process. Provide administrative support to designers as needed.
