Interior Design and Sales Professional

About the Role "> We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a home decor specialist - sales. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom window treatments for residential clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients. "> Key Responsibilities "> Your primary duties will include meeting with clients in their homes or in our showroom, providing detailed quotes, selecting products, and coordinating installations. You will also be responsible for following up with clients, communicating with our installation and support teams, and staying up-to-date on new product offerings. "> Requirements "> To be successful in this role, you must have experience selling window coverings and drapery to consumers, be able to lift 25 pounds, measure overhead while on a ladder, and pass a background check. While not required, having interior design or related industry experience, CAD/design software skills, and fluency in English with excellent writing skills would be beneficial. "> Benefits "> We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus commission. You can expect to earn $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your performance.
