YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional Communication: You excel in both verbal and written communication. Sales Savvy: You have a proven track record of at least 2+ years in relationship-based sales. Home Improvement Passion: Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CAD software and databases is a bonus. YOUR ROLE AS A CABINET SALES CONSULTANT: Client-Centric Approach: Build meaningful relationships with clients, truly understanding their needs and goals. Engage and Present: Collaborate with clients in our Campbell showroom or virtually to present our custom solutions effectively. Secure and Deliver: Close deals and facilitate the seamless execution of projects. Exemplary Service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Client Advocacy: Encourage clients to share their "Valet Experience" and become advocates for our brand. LOCATION AND HOURS: Flexible Scheduling: Appointments are set based on customer availability, including some Saturday hours in the showroom. Meetings: Customer consultations occur in our showroom or virtually when appropriate. Job Type: Full-time Potential Earnings: Successful sales consultants can earn up to $135,000 per year.
