All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Interior Design instructors. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview. ## \*\*Qualifications\*\* \*\*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\*\* \*A Bachelor's degree\*\*AND\*\* two years of professional experience; \*\*OR\*\* \*An Associate's degree\*\*AND\*\* six years of professional experience; \*\*OR\*\* \*A valid lifetime credential that authorizes service as an Interior Design Instructor in a California Community College;\*\*OR\*\* \*The equivalent;\*\*AND\*\* \* Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment. \*\*MEETING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS DOES NOT ASSURE THE CANDIDATE OF AN INTERVIEW.
