This full-time, in-office position is ideal for designers who are passionate about interiors and thrive in a collaborative environment. The Interior Associate will play a key role in supporting the interior design team through all phases of high-end residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities • Provide daily support to the interior design team on multiple projects, from concept through installation • Assist in developing and organizing FF&E presentations, material palettes, and specification documents • Source and select furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and accessories • Request and manage samples from vendors to support design development • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality are achieved • Maintain and organize material libraries and sample inventory • Prepare client presentations, design documentation, and pricing summaries • Collaborate closely with architects and senior interior designers to ensure design continuity and quality • Support senior team members with project coordination and client communications Job Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field • 1–3 years of professional or internship experience in an interior design studio • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office • Experience with Studio Designer is a major plus • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Ability to balance multiple project deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment About Our Company Northworks is a full-service architectural firm offering high-level specialties for the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
