The School of Interior Architecture at University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design is seeking a full-time Interior Architecture Lecturer for the 2024 Interior Architecture Fellowship. Undertake teaching and design research, creative scholarship, or a critical project that broadens the discipline of Interior Architecture. The position demands an interactive and sociable candidate... with an innovative research and teaching agenda in Interior Architecture.
Interested individuals should be able to design studios at the undergraduate level and possess digital skills required in the discipline. Possession of a terminal degree, at least one degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or any related Development.
In designing the program, the candidate should focus on areas like Integrated Technologies (e.g., interactive media, intelligent design, etc.); building systems (e.g., materials, furniture, lighting, acoustics, etc.); digital fabrication and robotics; healthcare and wellness; evidence-based design; universal design; and sustainability among others.
