Inbound Furniture Handler / Outbound Picker

The Receiver/Picker is a vital *safety-sensitive* position in the company. Part of a small working group, this individual enjoys a wide variety of tasks including reconciling manifests with actual receipts, unloading trucks and trailers using manual labor, hand trucks, dollies and a picker, tagging/scanning, running reports and participating in cycle counts and reconciliations. The Receiver/Picker will be cross-trained in other distribution center positions, including assembly and delivery. The successful candidate will bring to the position: • Current PA driver’s license; • Ability to lift 75 lbs without assistance; • Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively and courteously; • A safety-first mindset; • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; • Proficiency with basic math; • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office; • Ability to manage time and priorities; • Desire to learn and grow. We’ll be excited if you also bring: • Previous experience in furniture warehousing and/or delivery; • Non-CDL box truck driving experience; • One (1) year experience in picker operation.
