With 16+ years in business and continued national growth, we’re expanding our San Francisco Bay Area Design Consultant team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy client-facing, consultative work, value autonomy, and want the stability of a W-2 position — without cold calling or aggressive sales tactics. What You’ll Do • Meet with homeowners in their residences for scheduled design consultations • Assess needs, take measurements, and recommend custom solutions • Guide clients through a polished, professional decision-making process • Manage your day independently with strong operational and installation support • Deliver a high-quality experience from consultation through installation This is a relationship-driven advisory role, not transactional sales.
