HR & Marketing Coordinator

45 Architecture is seeking a full-time HR & Marketing Coordinator. This position is based in the Bozeman office. 45 Architecture offers comprehensive architecture and interior design services to clients in both the public and private sector. 45 Architecture’s portfolio includes custom, high-end residential homes and many community projects such as, libraries, K-12 and higher education facilities, stadiums and athletic facilities. Primary responsibilities: -Support Principals and Operations Manager with various general Human Resources, Marketing and office support duties. -Assist with application and hiring process, coordinate new hire preparation and paperwork -Orientation for new hires and assist with the onboarding -Coordinate Social Media posts, branding, marketing collateral for the firm -Scheduling appointments and meetings Qualifications / Skills / Experience: -1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment -General Human Resources, Marketing experience preferred -4 year college degree is preferred -Computer literate and ability to learn new software -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Outlook -Excellent verbal, written and collaborative communication skills -Be self-motivated and resourceful -Willingness to be part a team and work together Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package including profit sharing, health insurance, 401k and paid time off How to Apply: Reply with a cover letter and resume with the job title in the subject line.
