We pride ourselves on creating fresh, inviting spaces that help homes stand out in the market. As our workload increases, we're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Home Staging Coordinator to join our team to advance the home staging services by connecting with the clients who need our service.
Job Overview
The Home Staging Coordinator will play a key role in growing our business through outreach, relationship building, and creative marketing. This is a dynamic role combining client interaction, strategic marketing, social media management, and hands-on involvement in staging installations and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, including real estate agents and builders
• Cold call, give in-person and virtual presentations, and build relationships to generate new business
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
• Assist with maintaining and selling warehouse inventory as needed
• Source and make recommendations for new inventory furniture and decor
• Assist with staging installations and warehouse organization, including some lifting and moving furniture
• Collaborate with designers and staging staff to ensure seamless client experience
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• A naturally outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience with cold calling, sales presentations, and client relationship development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Canva, and social media marketing tools
• Ability to interpret marketing data and campaign analytics
• Background in real estate or home staging a plus
• Willingness and ability to lift, move, and organize furniture and décor
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
