Responsibilities
As an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate, you will:
• Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects and provide personalized recommendations.
• Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software to ensure seamless communication with clients and team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Integrity and honesty are essential qualities for this role.
• Computer literacy and self-motivation are required.
• Comfortable speaking confidently in public.
• Flooring, construction, or design knowledge is advantageous.
• Ambition and a desire to achieve a six-figure income are essential.
• Availability for homeowner appointments in the evenings and on weekends is necessary.
• A valid driver's license is required.
