KDR Designer Showrooms – St. Louis, MO KDR Designer Showrooms is a nationally recognized supplier of luxury home furnishings to the interior design trade. Known for our curated collections, deep product knowledge, and relationship-driven approach, we partner with designers across the country to bring exceptional interiors to life. We are seeking a Home Furnishings Sales Consultant to join our St. Louis showroom. This is a consultative sales role ideal for someone with a passion for design who enjoys building long-term client relationships and managing projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities • Build, manage, and grow relationships with interior designers and trade professionals • Consult on and sell a wide array of luxury home furnishings, including upholstery, case goods, lighting and outdoor. • Manage projects from quoting and ordering through coordination and delivery • Maintain accurate project documentation and client records • Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal team members to ensure a seamless experience • Contribute to individual and showroom sales goals • Represent the KDR brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications • Experience in interior design, luxury home furnishings, or a related design-focused role • Sales experience preferred; consultative or relationship-based sales strongly valued • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail • Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor Preferred: • Degree in Interior Design or related field • Project coordination or project management experience • Experience in premium or luxury Home Furnishins/goods environments What We Offer • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus performance-based incentives • Comprehensive benefits package including insurance, paid vacation, and retirement plan • Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends or late evenings • A supportive, design-driven team environment with exposure to premium products and industry partners Our success is built on Knowledge, Design, and Relationships, and we’re looking for someone who embodies all three.
