Home Design Sales Consultant We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our showroom team as a Home Design Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for home design, customer service, and sales. As a Home Design Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product recommendations, and assisting with sales quotes and orders. You will also work closely with the outside sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, including homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. • Recommend products such as kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, plumbing fixtures, and hardware. • Prepare sales quotes, enter orders, and track deliveries from start to finish. • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders via phone, email, and in person. • Maintain accurate sales records, order details, and customer communications. • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with product samples. • Support the outside sales team and contribute to team sales goals and customer satisfaction. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, or building materials. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management abilities. • Basic computer proficiency; experience with order entry or CRM software is a plus. • Ability to read floor plans or product specifications is helpful, but not required.
