As a Home Design Consultant, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and expertise to curate stunning home collections for our customers. We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for design, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. If you have a love for fashion, home decor, and creating beautiful spaces, this may be the perfect role for you. Utilize expertise in interior design and home decor to curate visually appealing and cohesive home collections for customers. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of current design trends and incorporate them into product selections. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customer needs and preferences. Communicate effectively with customers to build relationships and recommend personalized design solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for customers. Maintain a deep understanding of all products and their features to accurately answer customer questions and make appropriate recommendations. Proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom to attract and engage customers. Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently providing exceptional service and design expertise. Build and maintain relationships with vendors to stay updated on new products and promotions. Attend training sessions and workshops to continually develop design skills and product knowledge. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Uphold company standards and policies at all times.
