We are seeking an Experienced Home Stager / Interior Decorator to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director of Home Staging and Interior Decor to deliver exceptional staging and design services, ensuring homes and spaces are transformed into stunning, market-ready masterpieces. Key ResponsibilitiesHome Staging • Collaborate with clients to develop staging plans that enhance the perceived value of homes. • Use proven staging principles to select and install furniture, lighting, art, and accessories tailored to the home’s style. • Conduct on-site home staging consultations and provide professional recommendations. • Maintain familiarity with the staging inventory and recommend new pieces to enhance the collection. • Ensure timely staging installations, typically within 48 business hours for each project. • Write and send staging quotes and maintain organized documentation for future reference. • Stay updated on trends in the home staging industry. • Provide social media content showcasing staging projects to promote the department. Interior Decor • Advise clients on color schemes, layouts, lighting, furniture, and other decor elements to create cohesive and stylish spaces. • Assist clients with decor installations for their homes or projects. • Stay informed on trends in interior design and home decor to provide cutting-edge solutions. • Contribute to social media content for the interior decor department. Retail Store Support • Assist in maintaining an inviting, clean, and aesthetically pleasing boutique environment. • Support inventory management, including data entry into the POS system. • Provide exceptional customer service to boutique clients. • Create 5-7 engaging social media posts per week for the boutique. Marketing & Networking • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and investors. • Actively network and promote the benefits of home staging through presentations and social media. • Identify potential staging opportunities by researching real estate listings and reaching out to agents. • Share completed project images and videos to attract and engage potential clients. • Meet and exceed annual sales goals by effectively communicating the value of staging and closing deals. Qualifications • Proven experience in home staging, interior decorating, or a related field. • Strong organizational and decision-making skills. • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with staging inventory and design principles. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in creating engaging social media content is a plus.
